摘要
In this paper, a design scheme of radiofrequency power supply system for medical operation with low temperature plasma is proposed, and its feasibility is verified by a prototype. The system is mainly composed of controller, Electromagnetic compatibility and input current correction, phase-shift full-bridge voltage regulator, working capacitor charge and discharge, high-frequency half-bridge power conversion, output and other submodules. The controller module is composed of CPU and FPGA. Two functional modes of cutting and coagulation are designed, each of which has 10 power gears. During operation, the controller obtains the gears of cutting and coagulation modes through the control screen, monitors the state of electric scalpel button or foot switch, and periodically adjusts the power at all levels according to the state changes. The scalpel designed to achieve 800W/1MHz sine wave stable output, cutting and coagulation function test on pork skin, the function is normal, to achieve the expected design objectives, to provide a reference for further practical application of this kind of RF power supply.
