摘要
Early-stage ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) represents a distinct molecular subset requiring individualized, multidisciplinary care. Advances in molecular testing and targeted therapies have transformed treatment paradigms, as demonstrated in trials like ALINA and ADAURA. Emerging studies, including NAUTIKA1 and NeoADAURA, explore the potential of targeted therapies in neoadjuvant settings, as well. Proper surgical staging, timely biomarker testing, multidisciplinary collaboration, and clinical trial participation are essential to refine treatment strategies and improve survival for patients with ALK-positive NSCLC.
