Congenital Erythropoietic Porphyria

This case report describes thickened facial skin, microstomia, hypertrichosis, loss of facial features, gum hyperpigmentation, and erythrodontia, as well as severe and destructive photodistributed scarring, with loss of nails, resorption of the distal phalanges, and joint contractures.
