摘要
The lanthanum-doped TiO2 nanotubes were prepared by sol-gel method using porous anodized alumina as template.The samples were characterized by TEM,SEM and XRD.The forming mechanism of the titanium dioxide nanotubes was analyzed.The results show that lanthanum-doped titanium dioxide nanotubes have uniform shapes with diameter of 80-120 nm.
