Causes and Countermeasures of Waterlogging in Liede River Basin in Guangzhou City

In order to solve frequent waterlogging problems in Guangzhou City,the comprehensive and systematic analysis on the general situation and causes of waterlogging disasters occurred in Liede River basin is performed,and the countermeasures and idea for solving waterlogging problems are proposed.As a case study of urban drainage in the current urbanization process,the waterlogging problem in Liede River basin is typical.This case study can provide reference for drainage planning and design in the urban construction or reconstruction.
