摘要
Objective:To establish a method of specific chromatogram analysis on Suis Fellis Pulvis by HPLC.Methods:The HPLC method was used,chromatography condition was Waters Symmetry C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) colum,methanol(A)-0.2% formic acid solution(B) system as mobile phase with gradient elution (0–35 min,50%→80% A;35–39 min,80%→90% A;39–43 min,90%→50% A).Flow rate was 0.6 mL·min-1,the column temperature was set at 40 ℃.ELSD was used as the detector,and the drift tube temperature was 85 ℃ and the nitrogen flow rate was 1.5 L·min-1.Results:By analyzing 12 batches of samples,7 common peaks were found and the HPLC specific chromatogram of Suis Fellis Pulvis was established.Conclusion:The method is good in the aspect of simplicity and sensitivity.It can be used for quality control for Suis Fellis Pulvis.
