摘要
Magnetic and electron transport properties of the amorphous metallic alloys FeNiBSi are investigated up to the crystallization temperature. Magnetic measurements reveal a speromagnetic structure of amorphous metallic alloys FeNiBSi and the increase of the spin wave stiffness constant with iron content. Influence of the ferro- to paramagnetic transition on electrical resistivity and thermoelectric power is observed. Magnetic contributions to electrical resistivity and thermoelectric power are separated and their temperature dependences are determined and discussed.
