摘要
Ensuring that there is no oxidation on the surface of the nano-copper particles is an important task to make sure the subsequent sintering performance. In order to reduce the surface oxidation of nano-copper particles, this research mainly studies the benzotriazole (BTAH) coating. Corresponding XRD, TEM and XPS test results show that after BTAH treatment, the oxidation degree of copper particles decreases. At the same time, organics related to BTAH is detected on the surface of the treated copper particles. This fully shows that the BTAH coating can effectively prevent the surface oxidation of copper nanoparticles, which lays a good foundation for further sintering experiments.
