Simulation of lead-free perovskite solar cell based on MASnI3 compared with FAPbI3

This work uses COMSOL Multiphysics simulations to evaluate lead (FAPbI 3 ) and lead-free (MASnI 3 ) perovskite solar cells. A comparison of the main electrical parameters reveals that the lead-free cells exhibit good performance and pollute less.
