摘要
The serious energy level mismatch between the perovskite layer and the collecting electrode in direct contact is the main reason limiting the efficiency improvement of perovskite solar cell without transport layer. Here, zero-dimensional CsPbBr3 quantum dots with tunable energy levels is used to modify the interface of the hole transport layer free perovskite solar cell, adjust the level distribution of the interface, promote the effective extraction of holes and suppress the injection of electrons, and successfully improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the hole transport layer free perovskite solar cell by 1.25 times.
