摘要
The article considers new approach to the formation of energy saving program for power supply systems, the purpose of which is t realize the maximum amount of energy saving potential. General list of energy saving measures of the program is formed on the results of optimizing the system's structure and parameters from the point of view of the minimum electrical energy losses in it. Such optimization is performed taking into the account permissible technical requirements for the system operation. The criterion for the inclusion of measures in this program is the cost of saved electric energy, the value of which should not exceed the current tariff.
