摘要
Abstract We have demonstrated the degradation of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) due to the transformation of pinholes into current leakage points. We intentionally formed pinholes in the perovskite (PVK) layer using laser processing techniques to evaluate the impact of the pinholes on the performances of the PSCs and to observe the behavior of the pinholes. The initial performance of the perovskite solar cell (PSC) with formed pinholes indicates that all formed pinholes did not work as current leakage points immediately after the fabrication. However, 2 weeks of storage in a dark desiccator at room temperature and 3 minutes of activation by the Air Mass 1.5 Global (AM 1.5G) irradiation caused some formed pinholes to transform into current leakage points. As a result of this transformation, the performance of the PSC with formed pinholes degraded. The transformation of pinholes into current leakage points was shown to be one of the degradation factors.
