The goal of the study was to further our understanding of the functions that myofibroblasts do, how they interact with the matrix's extracellular elements, and how laser therapy at 904 nm works. Thirty Wistar rats with superficial wounds on the backs were used in this study. The laser therapy device used two energy levels of a 904 nm laser with an output power of 60 mW. The outcomes had been evaluated for one, three, five, seven, and fourteen days following laser therapy.
