FeVO4-based solution-processed all oxide self-biased fast photodetectors

A solution-processed all-oxide self-biased FeVO 4 –NiO n–p heterojunction-based fast photodetector is prepared that maintains its performance after dropwise adding water onto the pristine device, and drying at a temperature of 120 °C.
