摘要
As an emerging technology, artificial intelligence has great potential for improving employee training in enterprises. This paper aims to explore the significance of applying artificial intelligence in employee training and put forward relevant strategies for innovative employee training. Artificial intelligence constructs the process learning ecology through the whole thinking process of training, such as by emphasizing human-machine interaction, using artificial intelligence to create an immersive intelligent training system, focusing on reflective practical thinking, constantly improving the ability and level of artificial intelligence training, improving the learning ability and competitiveness of employees.
