摘要
CMOS temperature sensors are widely employed in many control systems and sensing applications, including radio frequency identification (RFID) tags devices [1], systems-on-chips (SoCs) thermal management [2], as well as Internet of Things (IoT) [3] and wireless sensing devices [4]. To enable a high system level performance, such CMOS temperature sensors typically should be highly energy efficient while accomplishing a high temperature sensing accuracy.
