Integrated energy services are a powerful tool for the low-carbon transformation of energy industry, and also an important way to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy costs. Firstly, the core connotation and market demand of integrated energy service are studied and analyzed. Based on the analysis of overall development status and trend of integrated energy service at home and abroad, domestic industrial supporting policies, technical solutions and business models are summarized from the perspective of development status and trend. Secondly, it analyzes the problems existing in the development of integrated energy service from the aspects of industrial policy, system and mechanism, standard system and industrial ecological chain, and the challenges faced by users and operators is proposed. Then, combined with the dual-carbon target, energy saving and carbon reduction demand, digital technology and new energy storage applications, the future development prospects of integrated energy service are prospected. Finally, from the perspective of industry planning, system mechanism, standard system and industrial ecological chain, some suggestions are put forward to accelerate the development of integrated energy service. Suggestions can provide reference for national policy improvement, enterprise development planning, integrated energy service users to save energy and reduce carbon, and integrated energy service operators with low investment and high returns. The research results are expected to provide references for the practitioners to grasp the policy orientation and stare at the new opportunities in the market in a timely and accurate manner.
