摘要
Through the rational simplification and mechanism analysis of the boiler system and the steam-water system of the ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit under deep peak regulation, considering the influence of the different characteristics of the unit under dry and wet operation on the coordinated control system, the segmented lumped parameter method is adopted. A nonlinear model of the coordination system in the full load section of the unit is established. Combined with the operating data of a 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit, the model parameters of the unit working within the full load range were obtained by means of particle swarm algorithm identification. The model is verified and analyzed by the actual operation data of the unit. The results show that the model can better reflect the operation characteristics of the unit and has a certain accuracy. It can be used to design the coordinated control of ultra-supercritical coal-fired units under deep peak regulation.
