The objective of this investigation was to identify the risk factors linked to major adverse outcomes (MAO) subsequent to total arch replacement with frozen elephant trunk procedure (TAR+FET) surgery among patients diagnosed with acute type A aortic dissection (ATAAD). Additionally, the study aimed to elucidate the influence of these adverse outcomes on the long-term prognosis of the patients.
