摘要
Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the nature of the work, life, and also the communication between the people. The benefits of using AI-powered technologies in the time-consuming chores and also better decision- making processes as well as productivity improvement are the results of this. While the use of AI has great implications for the job market and also skills requirements, it also has a huge impact on the job market and skills required. Besides, AI is expected to generate many new employment areas in the machine learning, data science, and AI engineering, on the other hand.On the other hand, AI will also automate many routine and manual jobs which in turn will lead to the job displacement among the workers that are in the industrial sectors such as manufacturing, transportation, and also customer service. The job market will also experience the many challenges of AI through the need of new skills and competencies for the workers. The relevance of the skills such as data analysis, critical thinking, and also advanced problem-solving will be stressed more while the traditional skills such as manual dexterity and also routine fixing will become less and less handy.Necessarily, employment in some sectors and regions will be impacted by the AI tools in a very different way compared with the other sectors and regions.Whereas some areas of employment may suffer a very severe job shortage, other areas will see a rise in the demand for skilled workers. Hence, the responsibility of the policymakers and also industry leaders is to reskill and upskill the workers in a very proactive way so that they can stay relevant and also be competitive out there in the job market. Hence, AI implementation will boost the revolution of the many jobs and skill needs across the board. On the one hand, it will provide new chances and increase the workers' productivity, yet they will need to be very adaptive and develop new skills to stay in the competition.
