摘要
This paper discusses the application of three strategies of the new trend of organizational learning to develop school performance. It uses the strategies of reflection, Action Learning Sets and suggestion System to develop a tripartite levels: individuals, team work and school-wide. The paper recommends using these three strategies of organizational learning approach to enhance the performance of public schools and its outputs.
