Stable cycling via absolute intercalation in graphite-based lithium-ion battery incorporated by solidified ether-based polymer electrolyte

Detrimental co-intercalation and severe capacity fading were effectively prevented by the addition of fluoroethylene carbonate, and the resulting “absolute intercalation” enabled the stable cycling of the graphite/LiFePO₄ polymer electrolyte battery.
