Subpixel edge measurement method based on Roberts-Zernike moments operator

Subpixel algorithm is an effective method to improve the accuracy of edge location.With the consideration of the limitation of the subpixel edge detection algorithm by Zernike moments,such as the large amount of calculation and extracted wider edge than those of the original image,an improved method is proposed.The experimental results show that the locating accuracy and the amount of calculation time are significantly reduced.
