摘要
This experiment was carried out at University of Baghdad -College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences -Research station in order to evaluate the effect of four concentrations of sewage (O 0 =0, O 2 =2, O 4 =4, and O 8 =8 kg L -1 ) and three concentrations of Silicon (Si 0 =0, Si 25 =25, and Si 50 =50 ml L -1 ) on the vegetative growth characteristics of peach saplings cv.Red June according to randomized complete block design (RCBD).Results revealed that the application of Sewage has significantly increased the plant's height, leaves area, secondary shoots number, leaves dry weight, chlorophyll, and carbohydrates content.Also the application of Silicon has significantly increased the plant's height, leaves area, secondary shoots number, leaves dry weight, chlorophyll, and carbohydrates content.While the interaction treatment of O 8 S5 0 gave the most significant values of all studied parameters.
