摘要
Paclitaxel is one of the most commonly used drugs in breast cancer chemotherapy, showing good efficacy when used alone or in combination with other drugs. Its main effects include inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and improving patient survival rates. However, the adverse reactions cannot be ignored, mainly manifested as chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, which significantly affects the quality of life of cancer patients. Early detection and prevention of paclitaxel-induced peripheral neuropathy is currently a hot topic in the field of cancer chemotherapy. This article provides a reference for the clinical manifestations and mechanisms of paclitaxel-induced peripheral neuropathy (PIPN), aiming to contribute to the research on PIPN.
