Synthesis and Properties of Coumarin Fluorescent Probe Based on Schiff-base

A novel coumarin fluorescent probe was synthesized based on 3-methyl acyl-7-diethylamine coumarin and 2-amino-nicotinic. The productivity was high and the product was easily to be purified. It was found that the compound had high fluorescence selectivity for Cu2 +. When the concentration of Cu2 +was in the range of 0 ~ 5. 0 × 10- 4mol / L,the fluorescence of the compound was enhanced along with the concentration of Cu2 +increased.
