In order to prolong the survival time of Patinopecten yessoensis live products during storage and transportation, three packing forms of aerated 80%O220%N2, 100%O2 and no air conditioning were used to simulate the circulation and transportation of three groups of scallops after cleaning, and the influence of different packing methods on their circulation quality was discussed. The results showed that the survival rate of scallops packed with aerated ratio 80%O220%N2 and 100%O2 was higher. The weight loss rate of scallops packed with 80%O220%N2 was the lowest 9.6%. The total number of colonies was at least 4.8× 103CFU/g. The glycogen content decreased the slowest. The texture quality remained higher and the survival effect was better. Based on the changes of various indexes, the quality of live Patinopecten yessoensis can be effectively maintained by airadjusted packaging of 80%O220%N2 and 100%O2, which provides a theoretical basis for the technology of sealed packaging of live Patinopecten yessoensis.
