摘要
In this paper, the nanocomposite magnetic material (NCMM) of substituted BaFe 12 O 19 and Fe 2 O 3 was synthesized by using solid state reaction (SSR) method. Ba 0.9 Ca 0.1 Fe 12 O 19 with different absorption frequencies were chosen to fabricate the nanocomposite with Fe 2 O 3 . The crystalline structure and microwave properties were investigated with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and a vector network analyzer (VNA) in the frequency range of 7-13 GHz, respectively. The results show that crystallographic analysis resulted the phases as BaFe 12 O 19 and Fe 2 O 3 . The NCMM is an optimum microwave attenuation material with a broad frequency range. Its minimum reflection loss (RL) is about –38.42 dB. The results indicated that MCMM have a good RL and broadband absorption in the microwave frequency range.
