摘要
Based on the milling experiment of thin-walled parts, this paper explores the influence of the spindle speed, one of the machining parameters, on the vibration of the workpiece. The LMS signature device was placed in the cutting direction of the flat thin-walled parts to collect the data changes of workpiece vibration during milling; the cutting vibration of flat thin-walled parts with different heights and thicknesses was studied under the condition of changes in spindle speed. The cutting vibration of flat thin-walled parts is discussed. The following conclusions are drawn: when the height of the thin-walled part and the rotational speed of the spindle are the same, the thickness of the thin-walled part increases, and the vibration amplitude of the workpiece decreases; As the height increases, the vibration of the acceleration amplitude gradually decreases; when the thickness and height of the thin-walled parts are the same, and the spindle speed is different, the change of the acceleration amplitude is a constant trend of first decreasing and then increasing.
