摘要
NTO/F2311 tablets were prepared with polymer coating method and their contact action with metal(steel,aluminum,brass) during high temperature stockpile was researched using XPS technique.No NTO salt(acidity corrosion product) was detected from the contacted surfaces of all tablets and metals,which inindicated that F2311 coating method should be beneficial to inhibition of acid causticity.It was seen that majority of surface atoms migrated unremarkably and chlorine segmer migrated towards internal while fluorine segmer migrated towards external.It was considered that surface atoms/ molecules movement were oriented a certain extent to decrease the electron cloud density of surface components,promoted the binding energy value of peaks,and played an role in acid corrosion inhibition of NTO tablets.
