摘要
Ibuprofen and diphenhydramine citrate have been combined into one dosage form, and a novel graded reverse-phase elevated HPLC technology has been created for the simultaneous detection of related chemicals in this dosage form. This technique is also capable of detecting degradation products and impurities associated with the manufacturing process. The approach involved the utilization of a C18 column and a mobile phase composed of a gradient mixture of solvent A and B. Moreover, this method is well-suited for the determination of the assay of citrate versions of ibuprofen and diphenhydramine from pharmaceutical sources. Furthermore, the technique is stability-indicating, indicating its suitability for evaluating the shelf-life of pharmaceutical products.
