摘要
We succeeded in fabricating Ag nanostructures by a galvanic reaction using nanostructured Al thin films as templates. The Al nanostructures were fabricated by a thermal deposition in a vacuum condition. The fabricated Ag nanostructures showed a clear peak, which is attributable to the localized surface plasmon resonance. Furthermore, we demonstrated that the Ag nanostructures showed an efficient surface-enhanced Raman scattering activity using rhodamine 6G as a probe molecule.
