Pure Li2MnO3 powders were synthesized at 900 °C for 4 h by a solid-state reaction method. Li2MnO3 ceramics were prepared in the temperature range of 1100 °C to 1250 °C. All the samples displayed a single phase structure. The microwave dielectric properties of sintered samples were closely related to sintering temperature and microstructure. The Li2MnO3 ceramics exhibited a well microwave dielectric properties of εr = 12.5, Q × f = 43150 GHz, τf = −9.5 ppm/°C at 1200 °C.
