摘要
The first free-standing fiber-shaped non-volatile memory device based on methyl ammonium lead halide perovskite material is fabricated using a particularly designed wire coating machine and exhibits a clear bipolar resistance switching feature with small switching voltages and good retention stability. This work shows the application potential of hybrid organic–inorganic perovskite materials for wearable memory devices and may contribute to future development of e-textiles.
