摘要
According to the standard of knee joint movement and actual working conditions, the complex movement of knee joint can be decomposed into three movement modes: sliding, swinging and twisting. The friction and wear mechanism of PEEK and PEEK/ZnO composites in sliding, swinging and twisting modes was studied on knee joint simulator. The result shows that the friction coefficient and wear of the PEEK/ZnO composite are lower than those of PEEK, and the addition of ZnO can effectively improve the wear resistance of the PEEK composite. The relevant data has deepened people's understanding of the tribological behavior and wear mechanism of artificial knee joints.
