摘要
This paper presents a designed remote measurement and calibration system for gas sensors based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The system consists of a microcontroller, calibration device, wireless communication module, and LCD screen. The microcontroller controls the calibration device, which feeds standard gas into the gas sensor's probe at regular intervals. This allows for the collection, calculation, and calibration of the gas sensor's output signal. The system also enables remote data transmission through the wireless communication module. Experimental results demonstrate that the system can timely detect drift in the gas sensor during the verification period, ensuring continuous monitoring and measurement without the need to disassemble the gas sensor. Additionally, the system greatly reduces the risk associated with gas sensor measurement in complex working conditions.
