Steroid acne: fluorescence under ultraviolet light

A 22-year-old female with a history of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, treated with glucocorticoids and itraconazole, developed monomorphic perifollicular eruptions on her face, diagnosed as steroid acne. The skin examination revealed comedones and papules, with Wood’s light examination confirming Cutibacterium acnes colonization. After discontinuing glucocorticoids, the rash improved within two months.
