摘要
Recently, researchers have developed a perovskite solar cell with the following composition: FTO/TiO2/FAPbI3/Spiro-OMETAD/Ag. Using SCAPS-1D software, we simulated the aforementioned structure in the present work. After the absorber thickness was optimized, the experimental and simulation results were compared and found to be very close. Additionally, by maximizing the impact of doping concentration in the absorber, doping gradient, and absorber sub layer, the efficiency of the cell is improved. Cell PCE has increased by 20.34 % overall. The outcomes of our simulations offer a method that is appropriate for cell production.
