Synthesis and self-assembly of a diblock copolymer consisting of a cyclic olefin copolymer and polycaprolactone

Cyclic olefin copolymer- block -polycaprolactone was prepared through a metallocene-catalyst mediated selective chain transfer pathway. The resulting diblock copolymer can self-organize into an ordered nanopattern through molecular self-assembly.
