Non-enzymatic voltammetric analysis of epinephrine (EP) was conducted based on three-dimensional rosette vanadium sulfide nanosheet spheres-reduced graphene oxide nanosheets/indium tin oxide (VS 2 NSSs-RGO/ITO) electrode. The results show that the diameter of VS 2 NSSs is about $5~\mu \text{m}$ and the thickness of nanosheet is 200 nm, and the RGO is a transparent sheet structure with some folds. The electrode exhibits an enhanced electrochemical response in EP analyte, which shows a high sensitivity of $1.39\,\,\mu \text{A}\cdot \mu \text{M}^{-1}$ towards EP (0– $60~\mu \text{M}$ ) and the lowest detection limit obtained is $0.017~\mu \text{M}$ (S/N = 3). The electrode also exhibits an excellent selectivity, repeatability and stability. The prepared sensor has been successfully applied in real samples and it has a great potential to be used in clinical test.
