Successful treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria using tralokinumab: a case report

We report the case of a patient with omalizumab-resistant chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) who exhibited a complete response to tralokinumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-13. This case further reinforces the role of type 2 inflammation pathway in the pathogenesis and treatment of CSU.
