Explaination to Apoptosis of Tumor Cells by the Theory of Yin and Yang of Chinese Medicine

The concept of apoptosis and the biological significance the interpretation are explained,the substance of the tumor is the result of dysequilibrium of yang and yin on the cell level.Yang is a cell proliferation,apoptosis belong to yin,apoptosis is too little and proliferation is too much,excessive yang causing yin deficiency lead to form tumor;when the apoptosis speed is greater than the proliferation speed,that is to say,when yin and yang states tends to the dynamic balance,the malignant tumor will regress.The theory of transformation between yin and yang can explain the double-edged sword phenomena of p53 and the Paradox of c-myc.the method of balancing and regulating ying-yang plays an important role in inducting apoptosis of tumor cells.
