摘要
The electron spin resonance spectra show that the concentration of the Eu2+ center in the SrO:Eu powder phosphor prepared in H2 is about 20 times that in SrO:Eu prepared in N2. Details of photoluminescence and excitation spectra for the Eu2+ center in SrO at 16, 80 and 293 K are first presented. The emission band of SrO:Eu2+ is located at 625 nm at 293 K and at 630 nm at temperatures lower than 80 K. Photoluminescence and excitation spectra for SrO:Eu3+ are also presented.
