摘要
Two sets of vertical-shaft Francis turbine-generator unit of 10MW capacity are installed in Genyem hydropower station in Indonesia with 192.33m rated water head. Adopting the spectrum of turbine series models, turbine with high-efficiency and good cavitation performance is prioritized based on the domestic developed technologies. Then determine the installation elevation of the turbine and the main parameters of the turbine-generator unit and draw the turbine performance curve of the power station. Governor and oil pressure device, turbine inlet valve and auxiliary system equipment of oil system, water system and compressed air system etc. are selected. The selected equipment is safe, reliable and high efficient with stable operation and meet the requirements of the contract, installation, service and maintenance. The power station has been successfully connected to the grid for power generation. The design ideas can be referenced by similar projects.
