摘要
We have studied composition of the bulk and surface of the nanocrystalline Fe 72.5 Nb 4.5 Cu 1 Si 10 B 12 alloy prepared from the amorphous one in dependence on gaseous environment during the crystallization annealing. It was found that the mixture of Ar+H 2 causes differences in the phase composition between bulk and surface layer that influences magnetic properties of the whole sample.
