Flavonol glucosides in pericarps of Zanthoxylum bungeanum

Abstract Two new flavonol glucosides, viz. quarcetin 3′,4′-dimethyl ether 7-glucoside and tamarixetin 3,7-bis-glucoside, together with hyperin, quercetin, quercitrin, foeniculin, isorhamnetin 7-glucoside, rutin, 3,5,6-trihydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavone, arbutin, sitosterol β-glucoside, l -sesamin and palmitic acid were isolated from the pericarps of Zanthoxylum bungeanum. Their structures were established by spectroscopic and spectrophotometric methods.
