Primary Screening of the Strains to Produce Chitosanase

Two strains are found to produce chitosanase by see-through circle of screening largely.The strain named Yg,which possessed higher chitosanase activity,is obtained.The strain Yg is identified as non -Bacillus by biochemical techniques.The activity and conditions for Yg enzymolysis chitosan is studied.The chitosanase activity produced in 36h is the best.The optimal enzymolysis conditions for chitosanase are pH 5.5-6.0 and temperature 50℃-55℃.The time to completely enzymolysis 3% chitosan by 10% chitosanase is 30h.
