A case of missing fingerprints

Congenital adermatoglyphia (a lack of fingerprints) is seen with variants in SMARCAD1 and can be associated with an increased risk of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Here we demonstrate adermatoglyphia in a patient with Huriez syndrome and compare with an unaffected volunteer.
