摘要
The use of electric energy water heater, because water temperature is controlled, often appear to deviate from control temperature is big, temperature achieves steady state time long problem, cannot get popular all the time. To solve this problem, a fuzzy PID adaptive water temperature control system is designed. The system mainly collects temperature data through DS18B20 and filters temperature data by weighted average filtering method. According to the feedback data, the fuzzy PID controller controls the power of the heater by changing the pulse width modulation signal to keep the temperature stable. The results show that compared with the conventional controller, the fuzzy PID controller has the advantages of short adjusting time, small overshoot and fast response speed, and can achieve better control effect when applied to the water temperature control system.
