Communication skills training from cognitive differences for medical incident between medical graduate students and patients

A survey was made through a questionnaire on the cognitive differences for medical incidents between medical graduate students and patients.We found the difference of thought model between medical graduate students and patients, and the capability of doctor-patient communication wasn' t promoted during the education from postgraduate to doctor.Then, some suggestions were offered for communication capability training for medical graduate students.
